Terms of Service

SVG Converter is operated by GREAT Voyage LLC ("SVG Converter," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using svgconverter.ai or a related service that links to these terms, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use SVG Converter on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining control of your Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in account.

SVG Converter provides file conversion, vectorization, rasterization, AI-assisted image generation, background removal, file storage, and related download features. Available formats, limits, processing time, usage limits, and features may change as we improve the service.

• Each user receives three free completed uses of the service. We may use an anonymous account to keep that allowance and its resulting jobs connected before you choose to sign in.
• Pro provides unlimited access to normal, interactive use of the website. It does not include automated, resold, abusive, or separately offered API access, and reasonable safeguards may apply to protect the service.
• Paid Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. You can cancel before the next renewal through the billing portal or the method made available in your account.
• Stripe processes payments. Taxes, currency conversion, and bank fees may apply. Except where required by law or expressly stated, completed charges are non-refundable. A failed job does not count as one of the three free uses when our system marks it as finally failed.

You retain ownership of files, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and request the operation. Do not upload confidential content unless you are comfortable with the processing and storage described in our Privacy Policy.

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for you for personal or commercial purposes. AI outputs may be similar to material generated for others, may contain errors, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate.

You may not use SVG Converter to:

• Violate law or another person's rights.
• Upload malware, exploit the service, bypass limits, or interfere with security or availability.
• Generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
• Reverse engineer or use automated access except through interfaces we expressly provide or permit.
• Resell access, share credentials, or use the service to build a competing dataset or model without written permission.

The service relies on third parties such as Supabase, Stripe, fal.ai, Vercel, Google, Apple, and Meta. Their services and account features may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for a third party's independent products or acts.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, or integrations. We aim to operate a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every conversion will produce a usable result. Keep independent copies of important files.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service; respond to legal requirements; prevent fraud or abuse; or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations and lawful record retention.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVG Converter is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing files and outputs before relying on or distributing them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GREAT Voyage LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance. Applicable law governs these terms without overriding any consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
